As your candidate for Missouri's 72nd House District, I am committed to serving with integrity and dedication. My priorities include enhancing the quality of life for hardworking families, strengthening our education system by championing financial literacy courses to empower our youth with essential wealth-building skills, positioning Missouri as a hub for the growing tech industry, and prioritizing public safety by supporting victims of crime, never the criminals. With nearly a decade of government experience, I bring the expertise and determination to tackle complex challenges and deliver real results for our community. Together, we can build a brighter future for the 72nd District and all of Missouri.

Patrick was raised on the 2300 block of Dawes Avenue in Overland, Missouri, in a tight-knit, union-focused family surrounded by skilled tradespeople, including pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, and electricians. He attended All Souls Catholic School in Overland and Christian Brothers College in Clayton, Missouri. After high school, Patrick joined the workforce as a proud member of the Communication Workers of America (CWA Local 6350) while launching his entrepreneurial journey. Today, he successfully runs his own business while actively serving his community and continuing his education. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor’s Program in Economic Development and is currently studying the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its role in governance through Harvard University.

In 2018, Patrick was appointed to Overland’s Planning and Zoning Board by former Mayor Mike Schneider. Inspired to further serve his community, he ran for City Council in 2020, winning a landslide victory with nearly 70% of the vote. Patrick continued his service, securing re-election in 2022, and in 2024, he ran unopposed in the municipal election, reflecting the community’s trust in his leadership.

 

​Patrick has earned certifications from the Municipal League of Missouri (MML) educational program in the following areas, showcasing his expertise in municipal governance:
